Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Bwindi

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet your Go Safaris Africa guide for a briefing before setting off on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way, pass through the beautiful landscapes of western Uganda, stopping for lunch and photo breaks. Arrive at your lodge in the evening and relax.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Wake up early for an exciting gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi. After a briefing, hike through the dense rainforest with expert trackers, searching for one of the habituated gorilla families. Once found, spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat before trekking back. In the afternoon, relax at the lodge or visit a nearby community for a cultural experience.

Day 3: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi – Relaxation & Boat Ride

Spend the afternoon relaxing, swimming (bilharzia-free waters), or taking an optional nature walk.
